Through this, we will process your personal data so that we can engage in a dialogue with you and answer questions about our solutions. We naturally only process the information you provide us during our communication.
We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that our solutions are delivered correctly. Through this, we may process information such as name, address, solutions, special agreements, payment information and similar.
We are required to store all accounting documents in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. This means that we store invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These may contain ordinary personal data such as name, address and service description.
We retain this information for at least 5 years after the end of the current financial year.

We will only send you emails if you have given your active consent to do so.
We will process your personal data for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, you will of course stop receiving them. If we have not sent you a newsletter for 1 year, your consent will lapse as a result of our inactivity.
We gladly accept job applications with a view to assessing whether they match a recruitment need at our company. To ensure compliance with applicable GDPR rules, we only receive applications through our HR portal, HR-ON. In this way we ensure that personal data is processed correctly and deleted immediately after the right candidate has been found for the job, unless otherwise agreed. We therefore encourage job seekers to also use this portal in connection with unsolicited applications.
If you participate in a recruitment process and/or are hired for the job, we will provide you with separate information about how we process your personal data in this connection.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights regarding our processing of information about you. If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us so we can help you with this.
You have the right to be informed of which personal data we process about you in a commonly used format (data portability). You can also object to the use of the information at any time. You have the right to have inaccurate information about you corrected. If you no longer wish us to process your personal data, you can also send us a request to do so at the email address mentioned above.
We store information for the period permitted by legislation, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary or relevant. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to give a general time frame for when information is deleted.
When our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. You can read more about your rights in the guidance from the Danish Data Protection Agency on the rights of data subjects, which you can find at www.datatilsynet.dk.
