Nobly will deliver secure document management to Oslo Pensjonsforsikring (OPF) and contribute to a modernisation of their archive and case processing with the OnBase platform. The solution delivers significant value to OPF through increased compliance, efficiency and an improved user and customer experience.
The dialogue between Oslo Pensjonsforsikring and Nobly started back in March 2021, and it has been a good and valuable process in which OPF has evaluated various solutions. This effort has now culminated in an agreement where Nobly will, in the first phase, migrate from their current system, ESOP (SharePoint), to OnBase. From here, it is Nobly’s clear ambition that the partnership will expand to cover all of OPF’s case processing needs.
OPF chose Nobly as the supplier of a new system for archive and case queue because we found Nobly to be the provider best able to meet our needs for a more robust technological solution — one that enables us to take our case processing into the future while improving our ability to meet ever-increasing compliance requirements related to our regulatory framework through OnBase.
— Fredrik Anspach, Director of Pensions and Lending, OPF
OPF is one of Norway’s largest and most solid life insurance companies and comprises Oslo Pensjonsforsikring AS and Oslo Forsikring AS. With this agreement, OPF takes a major step towards streamlining case processing and archive management.
We are incredibly proud that Nobly has been selected as the supplier in such an important area, and we look forward to the project launch and continued collaboration with OPF.
At OPF, they are also pleased about the partnership and positive about the future. Fredrik Anspach elaborates: “Nobly has presented themselves in a constructive manner throughout the relatively lengthy dialogue we had prior to entering negotiations, as well as in the negotiations themselves that led to the agreement we have now signed."
"We hope for and believe in a good collaboration going forward, both in the project and operational phases,” says Fredrik Anspach.
A big thank you to everyone at Nobly who contributed to the process, and to our new partners at OPF for their professional and knowledgeable requirements and procurement process.
